SCB系列干式變壓器的鐵芯材料采用優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋取向硅鋼片，表面經(jīng)防護(hù)數(shù)脂特殊處理，全斜接縫疊片式結(jié)構(gòu)。低壓線圈為箔式繞組結(jié)構(gòu)，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼箔繞制，高壓線圈為層式結(jié)構(gòu)，真空環(huán)氧繞注成型，在同類產(chǎn)品中，其局部放電最低；機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，抗短路能力強(qiáng)，且防塵，防污性能好，，其運(yùn)行壽命較之其他干變要長(zhǎng)。

The iron core of the SCB10 series dry-type transformer adopts high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented steel sheets, the surface is subjected to protective resin special treatment, and the iron core adopts the all-miter joint laminated structure. The low-voltage coil adopts foil winding structure and is wounded by high-quality steel foils, the high-voltage coil adopts a layered structure, is formed through vacuum epoxy cast moulding; and the coils have the lowest partial discharge among similar products, and are featured by high mechanical strength, strong anti-short circuit capacity, good dust-proof and stain-proof properties, and longer operating life than that of other dry transformers.
