S11-M系列全密封節(jié)能油浸變壓器產(chǎn)品符合GB1094.1-5及GB/T6451-2008國(guó)家標(biāo)要求。本產(chǎn)品在材料、工藝、結(jié)構(gòu)上采取了一系列重大改進(jìn)，使產(chǎn)品電氣性能達(dá)到國(guó)際九十年代同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的先進(jìn)水平，具有效率高，損耗低等特點(diǎn)，可節(jié)省大量的電能和運(yùn)行費(fèi)用，社會(huì)效益顯著。與S9系列相比較，空載損耗平均下降%30，是國(guó)家重點(diǎn)推廣的節(jié)能型更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品以及城市和農(nóng)村廣大配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心理想的配電設(shè)備之一。
產(chǎn)品器身采用了新型絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)，提高了抗短路能力，鐵芯由高質(zhì)量冷軋硅鋼片制成，高壓繞組均選用無(wú)氧銅線為材料，并采用多層圓筒式結(jié)構(gòu)，所以緊固件均采用特殊防松處理。
S11-M series fully-sealed energy oil-immersed transformer product meets the requirements of the national standards of GB/T6541-2008. The product adopts a series of major improvements in terms of material, process and structure, so that the electrical performance of the product reaches the international advanced level of similar products in the nineties, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, low consumption, etc. and a great amount of electric energy and operating costs can be saved, thus the social efficiency is significant. Comparedwith the S9 series, the load loss is decreased by %30 on average, the product is an energy-efficient upgrading product primarily promoted by the State and is one of the ideal power distribution equipment in power distribution network centres in urban and rural areas.
The body of the product adopts a novel insulation structure, thus the anti-short circuit capacity is improved, the iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the high-voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper wires and adopt multi-layered cylindrical structure, and all fasteners are subjected to special anti-looseness treatment.
